I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I earned my Master of Science in Marriage and Family Counselling/Therapy coupled with an honours Bachelor of Science specializing in Mental Health Studies from the University of Toronto.

“Building safety and understanding nervous system responses is profoundly transformative.”

I am a queer-, trans- and sex-positive individual and couples’ therapist. My therapeutic approach is founded in anti-oppressive and trauma-informed practices. My practice is anti- racist, decolonial, and acknowledges intersectionality. As a compassionate witness, I aim to co-create a safe and empowering healing space to experience and understand emotions and somatic experiences. I am trained in several evidence-based modalities of therapy and draw techniques from diverse approaches, dependant on what best suits my clients’ needs.

I am skilled in working with couples and am passionate about providing a safe and sex- positive space for 2SLGBTQIA couples, including poly, non-monogamous, and open relationships. I am attachment informed as well as fetish, BDSM and kink informed. I have experience in supporting individuals navigating various challenges, including but not limited to trauma, gender and sexual identity, personal relationships, body image, self-esteem, stress, anxiety, and depression and mood disorders.
