I am a registered social worker with a master’s in social work from the University of Waterloo and over a decade of experience in the social work field, particularly in gender-based violence.
“The path to healing and growth is paved with curiosity, self-compassion, and the courage to show up as
you are.”
I am a Jewish, Argentinean queer therapist, and I value the importance of intersectionality in therapy and strive to create a space that respects and celebrates each client’s full identity. I believe deeply in your capacity for growth and healing and am dedicated to creating an affirming and compassionate therapeutic space for individuals navigating life’s dynamic challenges. Our work together aims to foster a collaborative environment for personal exploration and meaningful change.
My approach is integrative and client-centered, drawing on trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, anti-racist and strengths-based practices to foster resilience and self-compassion. I incorporate modalities like Internal Family Systems (IFS) mindfulness, and somatic techniques to promote healing and self-empowerment.
