I offer a compassionate, intuitive, and non-judgmental space to explore and heal using anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, decolonial, and intersectional approaches. My style can include arts-based activities, embodied movements, groundings, and other visualizations. My practices draw from strengths based, mindfulness, and narrative therapies.

“The parts of ourselves that resist hardship, are our points of transformation into a more fulfilling life.”

I am a registered Social Worker with the OCSWSSW and the OASW, currently working in Dish with One Spoon Territory. I graduated with a Masters of Social Work (MSW) from Ryerson University and a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW), with a minor in gender studies, from Carleton University.
I am an Irish & Scottish, white-settler, queer, non-binary, fat femme. I have worked with individuals and groups in community-based non-profit settings across Turtle Island, for over 10 years. I have experience in providing rape crisis , gender-based violence, intimate partner violence, mental health, substance use, and traumatic grief counselling to folks experiencing poverty and homelessness. I love supporting queer and trans folks navigating coming out, adjusting to hormones, exploring topics of identity, community, and self-image.
