I am a Black, queer, Jamaica-born, gender non-conforming woman. My aim is to co-create a safe, exploratory and supportive space that nurtures the strengths, transformation and continuum of healing revealed in clients’ stories.

“Healing and growth take place in moments of self and community compassion.”

I am a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers and a member of the Ontario Association of Social Workers. I graduated with a Master of Social Work degree from the Toronto Metropolitan University and completed my Bachelor of Social Work at York University.

My practice is rooted in anti-racist, anti-colonial, and anti-oppressive frameworks and draws from narrative, strength-based and expressive arts-based approaches. Working from a holistic, trauma-informed, client-centred approach, I offer compassion, non-judgement and curiosity. I welcome all topics, including exploring the connection between individual experiences and larger systems of oppression (e.g., racism, homophobia, white supremacy, capitalism, etc.).

I look forward to connecting with you!
